Gentle playful nature, loves going for walks despite his condition. He has a problem with his back legs where they did not develop the right way from birth. He is active and likes to play ball. He barks when he is excited or he feels threatened by another dog. He is good with children. He needs space and a garden to play.

Very sweet with humans, mini alpha male with other dogs so living in the Refugio is stressful for him because he is kept separated from the other dogs. He loves going for a walk and human company. Could live in apartment and happy to be left while you go to work.

Very calm gentle nature, our best walker in the shelter and the best behaved! We love this boy. Güero is pronounced ´Wero´ and means blondey. Great with children and other dogs. Ready to find his new family.

DO YOU WISH TO ADOPT?

One of the goals for our Shelter is to find good homes for the animals that are eligible for adoption in order to provide them with a second chance to live as a family member and to be loved. 

If you wish to adopt, Holbox Animal Shelter will take care of prepare the necessary documents for the adoption process whether it is INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY, and in some cases, to find volunteers who can travel and transport the animal to its new home. All our animals leave spayed, vaccinated and checked for parasites.

If you have love to give, they are ready to receive it!
